Closing a quote closes the entire quote, not
just the selected snapshot of that quote.A quote can be set to Closed at any time. A Closed quote does not appear in the search window selection where sales orders are being created from quotes within the sales order window. A closed quote can still be used to create another quote from the Record menu, Copy Quote. Make Sales Orders from the quote screen is disabled if the quote is closed.. A closed quote can also be re-opened at any time.
